This image shows a tank overturned. Tanks in itself were deadly weapons, but to have the sheer force to be able to flip it amazes me. I'm disgusted by the amount of weapons used in this war.
This image is a German bunker in warfare. It illustrates how primitive the Germans had to get. They dug themselves a hole to survive, it's sad to see humans like this

This image shows the sad reality of most battles in the war. It shows the sad ending that most didn't even think would happen to them. It's so sad how many casualties were created in this war.

This photo makes me glad we weren't at war with Soviet Russia. This is a Soviet tank used to invade Germany, and at the time it was one of the most deadliest weapons, and it sure is a scary one.
This image shows Americans invading Italy. It shows how unprotected we were, but yet how brave we were to go unprotected. It makes me salute our fallen ancestors.

This image illustrates American Propoganda. This political cartoon would be found in normal places like a post office, it shows even the axis powers weren't the only ones to use propaganda.

This picture illustrates women at home. It illustrates women working with new technologies. It's pretty amazing how important women were for the war effort during WWII, the unsung heroes at home.

This image is also a part of the war effort. It shows a women scraping the meat off a carcass, which usually a man would have this job. It still amazes me how much women contributed to the war effort.
|
This image are all women working in farms. They're planting spots in the soil for whatever crop they may need for the war effort. It annoys me since women didn't have the same rights as men and they should of been allowed to do this even before the war effort.

This image shows women sewing for the war effort. They could be making uniforms for the men in war, and other neccessities. It amazes me how this war United our country so much. A women wouldn't dream of doing this before the effort.
